Technical Hydrogeological Support- SUPERFUND site in Kentucky, USA. As part of an ongoing litigation case, GeoCentric supported the litigation team in the evaluation and determination of possible source areas, and possible entry points into the subsurface. The project includes detailed historical reviews, infrastructure evaluations of trenches/tanks/burn pits/landfills and facility spills and releases. Detailed NAPL, soil and groundwater investigations are ongoing to support a weight of evidence approach.
Technical Lead and Senior Expert Investigator of major crude oil spill, Western Canada into regional river system. GeoCentric is the lead author supporting a litigation team in the evaluation of impacts and damages associated with the crude oil spill. Detailed remedial options were prepared included sediment control of crude oil migration onto near shore environments. Risk Assessments were completed to evaluated end point concentrations.
