If for example 3 Concurrent Licenses are purchased then 3 users can engage the software at any one time, but a 4th user log in would be denied until one of the licenses is available for use.

What is the latest version of CSM 3D Vis™?
The most recent version of CSM 3D Vis™ is version v2 from September, 2024.
We support only the current version of CSM 3D Vis™.
What are the CSM 3D Vis™ system requirements?
System requirements:
- Windows 9, 10, 11 and higher
- 64-bit operation system support
- 1024x768 or higher monitor resolution with minimum 16-bit color depth
- At least 500 MB free hard disk space
- At least 1GB RAM
- A graphics card with at least DirectX 11 and Shader Model 5.0 support
What are the license types for the software?
Currently CSM 3D Vis™ is sold as subscription licenses all of which are concurrent. This means that the software can be shared like a book. Simply download the CSM 3D Vis™ exe file and insert the activation key to activate the license. If one license is purchased, then only one user can be actively using the software. For other users to activate, the first user must deactivate to allow access.
A single-user license grants one user the right to use the software license at one time. For each single user license you purchase, you will receive a unique product key. For multiple user licenses (i.e. 2 plus), one activation key is provided which allows the number of users purchased to engage the software.

Geocentric Environmental Inc is the certified and known publisher of the software program CSM 3D Vis™ as verified by Entrust SSL & Digital Signing Certificates Services. www.entrust.com. The EV Code Signing Certificate is held by Geocentric Environmental Inc and the Certificate Approver/Contract Signer is Stephen Livingstone, President of Geocentric Environmental Inc.
I am a student, researcher or educator can I get a discount?
Yes, we offer a free licence to students, researchers or educators on a yearly basis. To get your license, please do the following:
- Email us at info@geocentric-env.com from your university-issued email account.
- Include documentation that proves your current enrollment. Must include your name and date range.
Can CSM 3D Vis be installed on Mac, Linux or Unix operating systems?
CSM 3D Vis™is a Windows program and is not compatible with Mac, Linux, or Unix operating systems. However, customers have run CSM 3D Vis™on a Windows emulator. Windows emulators allow a Windows environment to run on a Mac, Linux, or Unix operating system. Please know we do not test our software under these conditions.

How do I find my activation/product key?
Your product key can be located on the your Geocentric account.
- Log into your Geocentric Account and your registered product keys are displayed.
- Email containing download instructions: If you received your software via download, the product key was included in the emailed download instructions.
How do I install the software if my computer crashes or I change computers.?
Simply copy the CSM 3D Vis™ .exe file on your new or fixed computer and reactivate the software by inserting the verification key
If you do not have access to CSM 3D Vis™ download instructions or the installation, locate your product key, serial number, or original order number, contact us, and we would be glad to help!.
If the software said that you have to deactivate your older version before being able to activate on the new computer, login to your account on https://geocentric-env.com and deactivate your old computer or contact us.
How do I share the software with my colleagues?
To share the software, send the downloaded software files (.exe files etc) to your colleague.
Once the software is installed on your colleague's computer, simply provide the activation key to start the software. The number of purchased Licenses controls the number of users that are support at one time (like sharing a book).
